This trainer is made in the size of an adult tennis racket but shortened to such a size that the striking "apple" almost exactly corresponds to the center of the tennis racket but is slightly shifted to the edge to get the maximum effect with the desired impact point.
This particular trainer is a version for adult players who play with a heavy racket and are not afraid of loads on the hand.
The weight of the Spoon tennis trainer is 360g, the balance is of course in the edge of the racket (in the striking apple). Made of dry strong oak. The handle is according to the full dimensions of the tennis racket handle (handle size No. 2), made of high-quality durable PETG plastic. The handle is wound with high-quality tennis Overgrip winding. The color of the handle, as well as its Overgrip winding, can be in different colors.
