It is an exact copy of a tennis handle (size 2) and 2 attachments: a stainless steel pin on which the ball with bearings slides (for the Whip trainer) and a stainless steel attachment bent at an angle of 30° (for the Pointer trainer).

A few words about these trainers separately:

1) Tennis trainer Whip means "whip".

Those who play tennis understand the meaning of this term perfectly and understand how important this whip is when performing forehand and backhand strokes in tennis.

Thanks to the Whip tennis trainer, firstly, you will have this very "whip" when performing your strokes, and secondly, you will start to accelerate the racket correctly, since this trainer will "force the player" to perform a very important element during the swing - this is to bring the racket cap forward, which is a very important technical element.

The Whip tennis trainer consists of:

• A handle made of high-quality safe plastic, the size of which exactly corresponds to the size of a real tennis racket (handle size No. 2). For strength and reliability, the entire length of the handle is reinforced with a steel rod, which is "sewn" inside the handle and which will prevent the handle from breaking. The surface of the handle is wrapped with Overgrip tennis winding (the winding color can be any).
• A stainless rod, 6 mm in diameter, along which the ball from the tennis trainer will slide effortlessly. The end of the rod is fixed with a stainless steel cap nut with convenient "ears", holding which you can securely fix the edge of the rod with your hands.

2) Pointer tennis trainer

This trainer consists of the same elements as in the previous Whip trainer plus a stainless steel Pointer attachment bent at an angle of 30° has been added to it. A ball with a bearing is attached to this attachment and fixed with a special nut.

This is a very simple and convenient trainer that can be used in several exercises, such as:

• Independently: holding the handle of the trainer above your head with one hand, hold a tennis racket in the other and practice the movement for a twisted serve.
• With the help of a coach (partner, parents, brothers, sisters... anyone): Your assistant holds the Pointer in different positions at different heights, and the player's task is to correctly approach this ball and deliver the correct shot so that the ball rotates on the nozzle. This is an exercise for both the backhand and forehand. And if the exercise is performed correctly so that the ball rotates, then the athlete will firstly improve the technique of the shot itself, since the correct rotation of the ball will be imparted, and secondly, the approach to the ball will improve, because in order to deliver a shot, the tennis player needs to correctly approach it and this is much easier to do when the ball "froze" in a certain position (especially for children and beginners).
