When working with the cone with a large diameter upwards, work the index and middle fingers, with the flexor of the hand for wrestling through the top.
When working with the cone installed downwards, work the flexors of the little finger and ring finger, with the flexor of the hand for wrestling in the hook.
The handle can be worked on a block simulator and with free weights.

The attachment has a notch to prevent the attachment from slipping in the palm during exercises.
