Conical handle of arm wrestling attachment in Slim size - for small hands

The conical attachment is designed to work out the flexors of the fingers and hand, with emphasis on the flexors of the index and middle fingers, or on the flexors of the little finger and ring finger, depending on the attachment installation.
When working with the cone installed with a large diameter upwards, work out the index and middle fingers, with the flexor of the hand for wrestling through the top.
When working with the cone installed downwards, work out the flexors of the little finger and ring finger, with the flexor of the hand for wrestling in the hook.
The handle can be worked out on a block simulator and with free weights.

The attachment has a notch to prevent the attachment from slipping in the palm during exercises.

The nozzle is in the shape of a cone with a size (large side - diameter 68mm, smaller side - 28mm, hole 15mm, length 140mm

The handle is made of durable gray plastic (plastic is environmentally friendly and durable)

On request, such handles can be made in a different size and color.
