Arm wrestling training handle set

Consists of:

1) Arm wrestling attachment holder handle on which attachments are installed.

The handle with attachments can be used on a block trainer, with free weights.

Thanks to the three holes, you can change the load distribution on the attachment. When installing the carabiner in the middle hole, the load on the attachment is distributed evenly, when installing the carabiner in the upper hole, the load increases in the upper part of the attachment and vice versa, when installed in the lower hole.

2) Cylindrical attachment (diameter 71mm)

is designed for training fingers and hands.

Nozzle dimensions:
(outer diameter 71mm, hole 15mm, length 140mm)

Made of durable plastic (environmentally friendly and durable plastic)

3) Conical nozzle (78-40mm)

is designed to work on the flexors of the fingers and hand, with emphasis on the flexors of the index and middle fingers, or on the flexors of the little finger and ring finger, depending on the nozzle installation.
When working with the cone with a large diameter upwards, work on the index and middle fingers, with the flexor of the hand for wrestling through the top.
When working with the cone installed downwards, work on the flexors of the little finger and ring finger, with the flexor of the hand for wrestling in the hook.
Work on the handle can be carried out on a block simulator and with free weights.

4) The nozzle is eccentric

Unlike conventional cylindrical or conical handles, in this handle the hole for the metal holder is shifted from the center of the palm to the fingertips. Which performs a more accurate imitation of hand-to-hand combat.
